Sports recaps, in perspective
Row Seventeen is an independent sports journal for readers who want to understand how a game unfolded. Our name comes from a seat in the stands. We cover the moments between the opening play and the final result, with links to the records behind each review.
This guide is available in several languages. Match reviews are written in American English.
Follow the game
Browse by league or search for a team, player or matchup. Reviews distinguish the game date from the publication date, so an older game added to the archive is not presented as today’s result. Related reviews help you follow a team across the season.
Records before recaps
We collect match records and detailed coverage before writing. A result alone is not enough: a review needs evidence of the opening, turning points and finish. Missing or conflicting information puts an article on hold. AI assists research, writing and review, but does not guarantee accuracy.
What you can find
The journal includes sections for basketball, baseball, soccer, American football, hockey, tennis, UFC, Formula 1 and League of Legends Worlds. Availability depends on the schedule and the quality of verified information. An empty section does not prove that no games were played.

Each review links to its sources. When a suitable highlight is found, the link takes you to the original publisher; regional restrictions may apply. “Most read” reflects reads on this site, while standings follow the named data source. Row Seventeen is not affiliated with any league, team or tournament.
