MVK Esports eliminates FURIA with Game 4 win

Gury opens with first blood

The series was played at Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles.

MVK Esports opened the best-of-five with a Game 1 victory over FURIA, finishing with 21–8 kills. That opening result gave MVK the first of the three game wins needed to advance.

Gury secured first blood on Jarvan IV. A mid-lane teamfight victory helped MVK establish a gold advantage exceeding 7,000 at 17 minutes, and MVK later claimed Dragon Soul before completing the win.

Baron helps MVK reach match point

Game 2 extended MVK's series lead to 2–0. Its 17–7 kill total accompanied a second consecutive victory, putting FURIA one game away from elimination and giving MVK its first match point.

MVK killed Ambessa in a top dive and took the first tower. It secured Baron at 24 minutes, then finished the game at 27 minutes to complete that second win.

Ayu starts FURIA's reply

FURIA answered in Game 3 with its only victory of the series. A 21–6 kill total marked the win that avoided a sweep and reduced MVK's advantage to two games to one.

Ayu took first blood on Miss Fortune. FURIA later won a Baron fight and secured the objective, adding a Baron success of its own after MVK's Game 2 take.

Harky's start precedes the closing Baron

In Game 4, Harky's Corki reached four kills without dying by six minutes after Gury's Wukong dive. FURIA's Jax teleported into a fight and killed Corki and Shen, but MVK regrouped and secured Baron before winning.

MVK finished the closing game with 21–8 kills. Its third game victory sealed the completed series and eliminated FURIA from Worlds 2026.
